LOVE Property Group was started to fill a hole in the market.

The investor is too often looked down upon, when in fact they drive the whole process.  We could see other agents treating the “Landlord” as the enemy, instead of the benefactor.  We could see Tenants that were sick and tired of the disconnect that often happens between them and the owner of the home.  And we saw homes that had been let go by a “well meaning” property manager when in fact they really should have “fed” more information back to the Investor, which in turn would have saved the investor money and given them better tenants.
